Excellent product but with a design difference

Product I purchased of excellent quality. However, in this particular case, there was a design difference between the picture advertised and the product received. I was obviously not happy with that but customer service took excellent care of my case offering a full refund. Therefore, despite unhappy with this particular purchasing experience, they deserve a 5 stars for the way they handled this case.
